HOW I STAY ACCOUNTABLE & CONFIDENT EVERYDAY

I can confidently say that, through trial and error, I’ve been able to hone in on what works for me. This has enabled me to establish a consistent daily practice that keeps me accountable and boosts my confidence. Not only has it helped me stay focused and motivated, but it has also deepened my connection to my body and mind, enhancing my overall well-being.

One effective strategy for keeping myself accountable has been finding an accountability buddy. Having someone to check in with and support me helped me establish a consistent daily workout routine until it became second nature. If you haven't already, I strongly encourage you to find an accountability partner to help you stay focused on your fitness goals. 🙂 Plus, working out with friends is always a lot more fun!

  • The number one thing that helps me feel confident is having a consistent workout routine. Whether I’m walking 10,000 steps with my Bala bangles on, attending a Pilates class or practicing hot yoga, I make an effort to move every day, as I’ve come to recognize its positive impact on my overall well-being. To stay consistent, I wake up early at 5:00am ( weekends included) and refuse to make excuses about why I can’t work out—I prioritize finding the time. Some mornings are harder than others, but then I remind myself to think about how badly I want to feel good. Sometimes, a bit of tough self-love is what I need to break through the cycle of self-sabotage. Keeping this promise to myself every day not only makes me feel accomplished but also reinforces my commitment to my own goals.

  • The second essential practice I engage in each morning to boost my confidence is meditation (I love the app Superhuman). Taking a few minutes each day to quiet my mind helps me ground myself and cultivate a sense of inner peace. Meditation allows me to focus on the present moment, reducing anxiety and boosting my self-awareness. This practice not only enhances my mental clarity but also empowers me to face challenges with greater confidence and composure. Finding time to meditate can be challenging, especially in the midst of a busy life, but I make it a priority to set aside at least 10 minutes each day for this practice. It took me a while to cultivate the habit of meditating, as quieting the mind isn’t always easy. However, I’m grateful I stuck with it, as it truly benefits me and lifts my mood, helping me start each day with a positive outlook.
