PREPARING FOR OUR COACHING SESSION
During my discovery calls, one question that keeps coming up is: How do I prepare for our coaching calls? For anyone else wondering the same thing, I want to assure you that getting prepared is simple!
To make the most of our coaching sessions, please minimize distractions to help you engage deeply and think clearly. Choose a quiet space where you won’t be interrupted by your phone or other distractions, ensuring a focused and productive session.
Before our call, take a few moments to get a warm beverage and get comfortable. Consider lighting a candle, burning incense, or using aromatherapy to create a calming environment. Ground and center yourself, and if possible, take a few deep breaths to reconnect with yourself. This session is for you, so it’s important to be fully present and leave behind the busyness of your day.
Reflect on what’s important to you for this session and what you hope to achieve by the end of it. You don’t need a detailed answer—just an idea or feeling about what you wish to gain from our time together. Think about setting an intention for our session. What would you like to focus on? It’s also beneficial to wear something that makes you feel relaxed, as this can enhance your comfort during our time together.
P.S. It might be a good idea to have a journal or notepad nearby, as many clients experience breakthroughs and like to write down their thoughts during our sessions.
