WHAT DOES SUCCESS MEAN TO YOU?
Success, to me, is an interesting word because it carries so many connotations. I think as we ebb and flow throughout life, the definition of success changes, as it should. So here’s my question to you: have you stopped to think about what success looks like to you in the current phase of life you’re in?
As we change, our perspectives shift, and so do our goals. What’s important is to hold space for ourselves to stop and reflect on what’s truly important to us and to check in with ourselves to ensure that we are aligned with our vision. I also think it’s crucial to put our blinders on and block out the noise surrounding us. It doesn’t matter what anyone else is doing, how far ahead they are, or how successful they may appear. What matters is how aligned we feel, that we follow our own path, and that each day we take small steps toward the things that make us feel whole and joyful. For me, it’s not about achieving an end goal but about showing up present, helping my clients, and seeing them succeed on their own terms.
In this journey, it's essential to embrace the idea that success doesn’t always look the way we expect it to. It’s often found in the quiet moments—the daily choices that move us forward, the small wins, the growth we experience, and the lessons we learn. Sometimes, success is simply finding peace in the process rather than focusing on a distant end goal. It’s realizing that we're doing the best we can in the moment, and that’s enough.
Success also means allowing ourselves to pivot when necessary, to fail and learn from those failures, and to embrace the inevitable changes life brings. It’s about being flexible with our goals, reassessing them as we go, and giving ourselves permission to change direction if needed. It’s the courage to try new things, to get out of our comfort zone, and to trust that even if things don’t go as planned, it’s all part of the growth process.
Trust yourself, listen to your inner voice, your intuition, and allow yourself the grace to keep evolving, to keep changing, and to keep moving forward in a way thats authentic to you until you reach your version of success. What truly matters is your own definition of success and how it deeply resonates within you when you achieve it.
