SELF-REFLECTION LEADS TO ALIGNMENT
Journaling is such a powerful tool, especially when you make it part of your routine. What I love most is how it becomes a conversation between your present self and your inner child. It’s a space where you can just be, reflect, and let everything flow naturally onto the page.
What’s even more powerful is the ability to look back on your past entries and reflect on the emotions and thoughts you were experiencing during different phases of your life. It gives you the chance to really celebrate how far you've come and how much you’ve grown into the person you are today.
Two of my favorite journal prompts are:
What would my ideal day look like?
What do I really want?
They may seem simple, but the key is to be real with yourself—deeply introspective and honest. Journaling is about tuning into your energy and building a stronger connection with yourself. It’s your moment to check in and get clear on what really matters to you.
I like to think of journaling as an energy check—because your energy speaks volumes. It’s with you before you even say a word, and it has the power to attract people, opportunities, and experiences into your life. That’s why daily check-ins are so important. They help ensure you’re taking aligned action toward your desires and living a life that makes you feel your best.
If, after reflecting on what you’ve written, you feel like you’re out of alignment with your desires or goals, don’t just leave it there. Take the next step—write down some action steps that will help you get closer to what you truly want. Whether it’s a shift in mindset, a new habit, or reaching out for new opportunities, having clear action steps will guide you toward attracting the life you’re meant to live.
And, above all, trust yourself. Trust that you have the wisdom and strength to move in the direction of your desires. Trust that you already know the right next steps for you. Your intuition is always guiding you every step of the way.
