I love New York! I fell in love with it so many years ago, and it still holds a special place in my heart—there’s no place like it, as I have always cherished the vibrant energy of the city. I will forever be a city girl; however, lately, I have come to the realization that spending time in nature is equally important. With my upcoming trip to New York (I am so excited), I thought I’d share a list of my favourite places to work out and eat—some I’ve been to and others I can’t wait to try.
As a career coach, I believe that building confidence starts with daily self-care. One form of self-care is eating well and staying active, which not only improves our physical health but also enhances our mental well-being. When we fuel our bodies with nutritious food and commit to regular exercise, we feel more energized and empowered to face challenges in both our personal and professional lives.
